Order information — when you buy, Shopify (our checkout and payment provider) collects your name, email, billing details, and payment information to process the order and deliver your files. We receive your name and email from Shopify to fulfil the order.

Analytics, always on — we use Plausible, a privacy-first analytics tool that sets no cookies, collects no personal data, and can't identify you individually. It only tells us aggregate things, like how many people visited and which sections of the page they read. Because it processes no personal data, it runs for every visitor without needing consent.

Advertising, only if you accept — if you accept the cookie banner, we load the Meta Pixel, which sets a cookie and shares some browsing activity (page views, whether you clicked "buy") with Meta, to measure and improve our ad campaigns. It never runs before you accept, and you can decline it at any time by rejecting the banner — your choice is remembered in your browser.

To fulfil your order and deliver the guide — necessary to perform our contract with you.

Aggregate, cookieless analytics — our legitimate interest in understanding how the Site is used, in a way that doesn't identify you.

The Meta Pixel advertising cookie — only with your consent, given or withheld via the banner.

Shopify — our e-commerce, checkout, payment, and digital-delivery platform. Shopify processes your order and payment details as a data processor.

Meta — only if you've accepted the cookie banner; receives pixel-based ad-measurement data.

Plausible — receives only anonymous, aggregate page-view data; hosted in the EU; never sells or shares data with third parties.

We don't sell your data to anyone, for any reason.

Most of this processing happens within the EU/EEA. Meta may process pixel data outside the EU/EEA under its own legal safeguards for international transfers.

Order records are kept as long as required by Lithuanian/EU accounting and tax law. Plausible's aggregate analytics data is retained per Plausible's own retention settings. Your cookie-consent choice is stored in your browser (localStorage) until you clear your browser data or change your choice via the banner.

Under GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent for the Meta Pixel at any time — just reject the banner, or clear your browser's local storage to see it again. To exercise any of these, email hello@leanagentsguide.com.

If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to Lithuania's data protection authority, the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).

Plausible: no cookies, ever.

Meta Pixel: sets advertising/tracking cookies, but only after you accept the banner — reject it and none are set.

Wherever you're buying from, including the US, we apply the same privacy practices described here. If you're a California resident and want details on your rights, email us and we'll respond.

The Site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
